There’s no better way for my American YoYos to celebrate a SWEET Independence Day than by caking a GIANT version of one of the nation’s fave RED, WHITE & BLUE summer treats - the Rocket popsicle!! To make this Giant Rocket Popsicle cake, I baked 24 pounds of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake, dyed it using red & blue sprinkles, covered it all in red, white & blue fondant and even stuck a wooden popsicle stick at one end with my signature “HTCI” branding!
